It's completely fine, your friends and family will understand! You should have a 21st birthday party.
You can have it whenever you want, and just explain why your having it so early
I'm leaving to go live abroad for the indefinite future and probably won't be coming back for at least a couple if years. I'm planning on having a combined farewell/ 21st birthday party nust before i leave. However my actual birthday is a about 3 weeks after I leave, do you think it would be acceptable to have the birthday part considering it is before my actual birthday or should I stick to just a farewell party?
