You don't..................A great home run hitter in baseball never looks for the home run, or at least will tell you that, but rather execute the timing and eye on the ball technique and the homeruns will come. Same with boxing. Eye on the ball, contact and follow through usually does the trick.
Doing hundreds of pull ups and squats, hours on the heavy bag and having great timing. Also on the higher level of boxing you get, the less knockouts you will have.

Hit them in the side of the chin hard and that should stun em or send them down.
It's all in your footwork. But weight lifting does help.
all you need is a strong arm and to know how to deliver a perfect sucker punch.
I think your suppose to punch them in the timple or, it dosent matter where you hit them in the head I weight lift and practice boxing everyday except today merry Christmas I lift in the 70+ pounds area and I do a lot of push ups I look skinny but pretty strong anyways how can I train harder to one hit people
