This is my sisters account im using but how can i throw the best 15 birthday party my birthday is in December and its really cold where i am so outdoor are out of the question i want to throw a birthday bash people will remember im probably inviting 20-60 people. I want to have a very awesome party but im kind of stuck because i dont know how to throw my 15 birthday or what to do i want kind of a glow theme or like something super fun that both guys and girls will enjoy also want to have a sleep over with the girls after so please help !!!!!!!!!!!
