Rent 2 or 3 gaming systems and some games, If you don't have them. Set up a few gaming stations by type, for example, a station just with with sport games and another just with car games, and have a tournament. Give prizes for high scorers (earbuds, mini eletronic game, a $5-$10 gift certificate for a bookstore, game store, Starbucks or a movie theater - it might not buy a ticket, but it could buy a snack) and have a final showdown on each game.

For food, nothing fancy, just set up a station in the kitchen for the girls to make their own tacos or pizzas and get a cookie cake instead of a conventional birthday cake.

If you don't want to set up video game systems in your house, go at an arcade or go laser tag and after grab some pizza or some other snack.
