Help needed for back bend kick-over?

Try going into your back bend and push backwards so your legs are kind of straight and you get a lower arch. Hold for 30 seconds. Then try moving your feet inward so you get a higher arch. Hold and go further than the last time. This will help your back get more flexible so you can flip over

First practice lifting one leg up while in bridge and lift as high and possible and keep lifting and putting down and lifting. Then while lifting one leg, the leg on the ground will push off the ground and become straight and your legs will be in a splits position. Make sure your legs stay far apart so you will go over and land one leg at a time

Don't be scared to do it. Do your back bend then push all your weight forward (push your chest out). And jump, but while your jumping put your leg up and try to kick-over.

I hope I helped! Good luck on getting it. Never give up.

Maybe try pushing off harder and think of getting both legs in the air quickly and not just one in the air followed by the other... Also maybe practice handstands and that might help.

I am also working on my Backbend kickover. What has helped me so far is going to my stairs the kicking off of the 3rd step then the 2nd step then the 1st step after you do that try it on the floor. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

Me and my sister can't seem to get our kick overs.Every time we put one leg up,we end up falling. It doesn't make sense because we have really good arm/upper body strength ( we can do around 30-40

push-ups,hand stands and we can stay in our back bends for a 1-2 minuets.)Any tips?
