2) make menus with names of drinks eg. The Fruity Frantabulouse coctail (fruit juice and fanta) or sour shock (lemon and lime juice) . Then create some others and make a little menu. 3)for food you could make Pizza (ham and pineapple and of course margarita for those who do not like that). If u have a chocolate fondue or fountain you could chop up fresh fruit and marshmallows then they could dip it in there and eat

Now for the birthday cake:
if you are feeling creative you could bake a birthday cake !
a.Bake a sponge cake like you usually would and let cool down. b. once that's all done get some "roll out icing" in your daughters fav color and roll it out (like in the title of its name ! ) you don't want it to thick so probably half a centimeter ? c. then get the cake tin you used ,place it on top of the icing and cut round.d. carefully pick it up (Tip: if you sprinkle corn flowers underneath it will not stick to the counter and it comes off both the counter and icing.) and then place it on top of your cake.
e.print out this template and cut it out

f.get another color in that icing roll it out to the same thickness ( it doesn't matter as much if its thicker than the on top of the cake) then place the template on top and cut round.
g. once you have done all the templates put the base of the flip flop onto the cake. then add what would be the strap onto the base area and then finally the flower.h. add a cake banner round the cake and candles

I would get a couple of pineapples, a few bamboo sticks, and most importantly, show reruns of Hawaii 50.
