Plate lunch! :-D Teriyaki chicken or beef, white rice, potato Mac salad (YUM!!) a green salad & a kings Hawaiian roll! Drinks? Maybe a make your own smoothie bar? Bowl of ice, fresh fruit & a blender... Or pineapple juice mixed with a little cranberry juice, a splash of roses lime juice & topped with club soda is delicious & refreshing. I have a great recipe for potato Mac salad, if you're interested. My boyfriend got it from a friend when he lived in Hawaii.

My mom and I are planning a surprise party for my sister. It's a Hawaiian Luau theme, so the question is, what kind of food should we serve?...besides the obvious pig and pineapple? Also, any drink ideas? I figure anything fruity with a little umbrella will do for the drinks.
