Over night in the fridge. Until they are like twice the size. It also depends on how much alcohol you want in them. Less if you want a lower alcohol content. I usually find that over night is good enough. Make sure you take the alcohol out in the morning or the gummies get too gooey and fall apart. If you can't wait over night let them soak as long as you can. At least two hours.
