If you want to go cheap with the tshirts, get white undershirts and tie die them. It is so much fun to do. I recommend you go to someones house for your party, its safer that way with no driving to worry about being too drunk to drive. Get some beer, wine and lots of great food to eat. Just relax have fun and put on some oldies and listen to them while you dance.
