Glow in the dark party sweet 16 help!?

You could rip open black trash bags and put them against the walls to make the house look "darker"; certainly yellow is a bright color. Just stick them on there with tape, because tacks would rip if someone were to pull or fall on it. You invited 150 people? I know you said that many won' come, but you should expect a large volume of people them to come. For food, go for something everyone likes that can be easy to get; pizza, hamburger, hotdogs, heck, even try tacos and burritos. Have your kitchen counters (or backyard) cleared with every ingredient on the table so everyone can self-serve what they want. I hope your house is larger than mine, because that seems like a small space for so many people. Maybe you can ask to clear the woodshop machinery? With everyone dancing, there's going to be some stuff knocked over.

Hope I helped!

I've been slowly organizing my 16th bday party but it's getting close (2 weeks) and there is a lot of work to do. I'm having the party in my house. Movies in my TV room, photo shoot outside, little fire on my porch, and a dance area in my garage. My garage is quite small (fits one car and wood shop machines) and I'm having a lot of guests. I am in the marching band and I'm planning to invite the whole band (150ish know that they all wouldn't come) and I need ideas of what to put in the garage. I know I need lots of LED lights, glow sticks, ect, but I need to know what to put on the walls. The walls are yellow and we were planning to keep the floor as it is. I was wondering if I should put anything on the walls as in black plastic or paper and how much (to fill up all 4 walls)? Also I need food ideas that I could feed that many people without spending hundreds of dollars. Thanks!
