Rocky never fought a big puncher and somebody the size of Foreman cuz if he did, that 0 loss would have been shattered. Big George would crush the Rock like he did against Frazier. A fighter with great mobility would have enough chance to beat Foreman and not a great pool of HWs have that. Not Rocky. Not Marciano even in his prime best. Rocky stalks opponents in the ring. But this time he didnt have to run after someone. Big George will be there.

Rocky's fame is based on 6 title defenses. They were against a blown up light heavyweight Ezzard Charles, a rematch with 38 year old Jersey Joe Walcott, a close to 40 year old Archie Moore etc. 5'10 1/4" 186 lb. Marciano fighting either Foreman, Liston and even Larry Holmes would be stopped on a TKO stoppage for cuts IMO.
There is no chance Rocky Marciano would beat someone like George Foreman. Marciano's body size and style were similar to Joe Frazier, someone who George Foreman manhandled to win the World Title in 1973. The fight lasted only two rounds, and I think that's about how long Rocky Marciano would last against someone like George Foreman (or Sonny Liston as well)
