Glow in the Dark/Black light will go down better - That sort of party is really in at the moment and there has been high demand for them. Especially among the 15-24 year old age group, It also can be made really cool and fun - It also looks good fashion wise. I would defiantly go with that theme. Remember the glow stick to complete it.

My 16th birthday party is coming up in like three months and right now I'm deciding between two themes: Masquerade and Glow in the Dark/Black light. I sort of wanted to pick the Masquerade theme but I'm not sure everyone will be up for something that formal. If anyone has any experience or advice for planning this party I would really appreciate it.
