Ok so for my birthday i will have people who ages range from 17-24. Of course there will be alcohol there. Now i want to know that as long as i don't give any alcohol to anyone under 21 i should be fine right? It will be at my house, my neighbors know im turning 21 and are really friendly and probably wont call the cops if we get to loud. I just dont know if they do show up, will anyone get in trouble for having the minors around? There are a few of my friends that are 20 that might have a drink or two but they will be sleeping at my house or sleeping at my friends house 2 houses down. But im more worried about the 17 year old. I live in Florida if anyone knows the law for florida.
