If you leave it until you are full you will think "oh, I don't want to eat this because 1) I'm not hungry and 2) I don't like it"
Give it a go when you are hungry
get the most undesirable behind you asap. The less hungry you are when you start on the stuff you like the least the harder it will be to swollow. Think about being in an amusement park or something fun while you are trying to get it down.

I was just wondering what my strategy should be for eating a portion of a food challenge that I am not too fond of?
I am doing my first challenge in a few days, and it includes 1 lb of coleslaw, which I am not a big fan of. Should I just leave it until the end and shovel it in, assuming I make it that far?
