Make them good ones!!

Just say you aren't comfortable being filmed and doing the ice bucket challenge but you will have an ice cold shower for 10 seconds and donate to charity.

or

You have done it but the person filming forgot to press record

or

If you have an injury, say the cold makes it worse so you can't do it- but will donate to charity anyway

You have a choice

Donate to ALS or ice bucket

Just donate a few bucks...and ask your challengers to do the same

Just say you are not impressed with the gimmick and donate to other charities/causes. Why does ALS suddenly rank as being so important?

You could just not do it theirs nothing in the law that says you have to do it, in fact this challenge takes away the very thought of free will, you can just say NO
