Most people are unaware of what was happening in Hamed's life at the time he beat Barrera. It's understandable that many people hate him but it's a shame that his career was derailed soon after that fight because of people's biased attitudes during the events of 911.
.
I believe Hamed would have beaten Morales and I'm not convinced that Barrera would beat him at his best either. Timing had more to do with the outcome of that fight than anything else. At his best, I believe Hamed would have beaten both Barrera and Morales.
I have always believe that Erik Morales is the better, all -around fighter than Marco Antonio Barrera. He has also been well adept against left handers especially in his best prime. You can take the cue from there.
i am a fan of hamed, but i dont think he can beat a very skillful erik morales kind of fighter...he was struggling against kelly which to me not even half as good as erik morales...el terribly would take him to school all night...
Morales even worse.
I think morales gets it by a close md I don't think anyone could beat hamed in the same way barrera did barrera must have been studying that left hand day and night leading up and its no secret that hamed did not train to the max for that fight anyway hows this one go.
