? A DIY party - Gets some ideas off Pinterest for DIY makeup/spa treatments, nail art, or craft projects and get together and make cute things that the guests can take home.
? A mall scavenger hunt - Visit the mall a few days before your party and choose items from stores that your guests will look for. On the day of the party, give your guests a list of clues. The team of guests that find the most items wins.
? Cheesy movie night - Challenge guests to bring the worst horror movies that they can find, the winner gets a prize. The menu can also be all cheese-themed: cheese popcorn, grilled cheese, macaroni & cheese, etc.
Hope this gives you some ideas, have a happy 13th!

For my 13th, we went in a limo (14 of us) to downtown disney and hung out there for two hours. then went back home and opened presents and ate cake. Though the limo might be just a little over your budget if you live in socal hanging out at downtown disney is really fun. You guys could get ice cream or starbucks, and ask your friend to bring money if they plan on shopping. :)
A few other ideas could be (if you have a pool) a pool party.
Or a dance party
Another fun thing to do is set up a photo booth, get a couple of plastic table clothes and hang those up get fun props and take fun photos.
Really, it depends on our personal interests, just think about what you are happiest doing, what you think would be an amazing time for you and your friends.
Here are a few websites for you to use:

UPDATE: the website that I used to rent a limo was http://www.ulclimos.com
It's a lot cheaper than other services, and still maintains really good service. Check it out the cities it can pick you up from if you like the idea :)
A realy good idea is to go see a movie and then enjoy a cheep meal together afterwards
go to the skate rink or the bowling alley
Update : hi im having a birthday party soon and i need some ideas for my party
im only inviting 7 - 10 people and i dont want it to be girly or out side.
i also dont want it to be at a place like pump it up or urban air.(not a party for little kids if you get what im saying.)
i cant have it at sixflags or hurricane harbor
and i dont want it at a hot park
.budget=100-150
i was thinking i could go to the movies but thats not really hanging out with my friends unless we can do something after wards
it sounds like im being picky but I really don't have a choice
