So if you have a strong chin, best to stay out of fights. It gives the others guy's blow a little more leverage.
Having a good chin has nothing to do with getting or not getting concussions. A concussion is something that will happen almost every time a boxer competes if they know this fact or not does not change anything because all a concussion means is what it says, which means the brain gets concussed inside the skull. Genitally though is where is the long term effects and damage comes to play.
A good chin cannot prevent concussions, if you get hit, you get damaged. In fact having a good chin is actually a problem because it keeps you upright and you tend to take more punishment rather than less, thereby exposing yourself to greater potential injury rather than less. The price is high in boxing or MMA and not everyone can pay it.
you dont have to get ko to get a concussion. you may get hit really hard and get damage and then you go to sleep at night and never wake up. just reality. try not to get hit
you can still get a concussion still could get hit in the temple
Ok so I have a question about a good chin. If you have a good chin can you still get a concussion. What can I do to increase my chances of having a good chin and is it true that if you keep taking punches you start to loose your chin?
