No - It boosts confidence and teaches discipline & defensive moves
It will definately toughen you up. Physically and mentally.
The skin on your face will become tougher from being punched in the face. Even the bones in your forearm will become more dense due to all the impact from punching.
Most importantly it will toughen you up mentally. Theres nothing more challenging than being in the ring with someone for 4 rounds and they are whipping your **** and then after the 4th round they say "one more round" and your outta shape (tip: try to stay in shape if you can, tho its hard sometimes with injuries, if not impossible)
Obviously. If you practice enough and box others it'll decrease your pain tolerance a little (especially in your ribs and head), help raise your testosterone levels, help teach you to fight, etc. Try mma or krav maga though if you want to learn to really fight because all boxing teaches you is how to beat one person up, good mma/krav maga training will teach you how to really f*ck people up, and in more situations than just boxing(example: boxing won't teach you how to defend against weapons).
Yeah any pro sport makes a man out of you like life.takes lots of discipline, patience and confidence.a lot of aspects in life can either break you or make you a man .
Yes it does
Does boxing make you tougher?
