It's not bad. I mean you do feel it when getting shot, but it breaks on you. It's like a slight sting when it hits you. If you get shot with a frozen one...THOSE hurt because they do not break. What I would suggest, when going, is to wear at least three layers of shirts and pants so that it will cushion the hurt.

I went my first time and the worst that could happen is someone shooting you in the head with an automatic. It happened to me and it resulted in a huge bump that had taken about a week to go away. Was fun though!

It stays forever, I have known people you have taken shots to the leg and have never walked again after playing paintball.

Wear a protective cup on your family jewels mate, coz u will get shot everywhere

Not bad :) just some minor bruises where they hit in less protected areas. U will be fine

I'm 13 and I have never been paintball, however I'm going for my friends birthday. I'm just wondering does it hurt? How much? and do you get bruisers and does it go or does it stay forever?
