There is no one left for Floyd If you give Khan a shot whats why not Pacquiao Khan lost twice got knocked out once in his previous three or four fights so whats the difference between the two. Why would Khan Deserve it.

You got your facts wrong. WBC putting Pacquiao as number one contender to Floyd at welterweight is a desperate attempt by Sulaiman to win back Manny and Arum back to his fold. If you will recall, Sulaiman lambasted Pacquiao and Arum for snubbing his offer to sanction the supposed non-title 4th fight between Pacman and Marquez with an honorific title with Arum choosing rival WBO to sponsor the fight with another honorific. Marquez won that fight by KO. In his comeback, Pacquiao fought and beat blown up lightweight Brandon Rios for the WBO international welterweight belt with Arum's blessings. How can you say that the WBC's move had Arum's signature all over it?
If you think Sulaiman mandating Floyd to defend his WBC title against Pacquiao would budge Floyd and Arum to do his bidding, then you are sadly mistaken. Floyd can always vacate that title for all he cares. And Arum would not share with a leech like the WBC earnings in any Pacquiao fight ever. In fact, Arum is eyeing a rematch with Bradley for the WBO title this coming new year.
