No... firstly he struggled at superfeatherweight against Marquez but Marquez is someone who will always give Pacquiao problems and he was actually having problems making weight. Pacquiao was actually a HUGE featherweight/ superfeatherweight but he gets perceived as a small guy because he started at 106 lbs but that was when he was a malnurished 16 year old. Pacquiao rehydrated from anywhere between 137-142 and he had a monstrous left hand.
You said it yourself in another question that his knockdowns have slowed because he is fighting at a higher weight. The reason he destroyed the likes Oscar is because he was able to ACCUMULATE on him with left hands and combinations on the ropes but Oscar was never knocked down and quit on his stool due to the onslaught. The Pacquiao vs Oscar fight was seen as a mismatch in Oscar's favour due to the size advantage but on the night of the fight Pacquiao weighed 148 and Oscar 147!

Under 135 yes but definitely not at 147, accumulation was the key against Oscar and Cotto (who was also stopped on his feet). Hatton was tailor-made, drained and knocked down in sparring.

It is possible, especially due to his previous staff, hinted by roach, etc. Until proof rises, I will give him credit for beating cotto and others except Oscar (old, hasn't fought at 147 in 8 years, shot, no footwork, etc. He was basically done by the time they fought). I also won't give em credit for the JMM fights due to controversy and the fact he failed to beat Marquez convincingly.
