Every year my roommates and I auction off making dinner for a group of anywhere between 15-30 guys to raise money for Cambodia. There are plenty of other groups that auction off as well. The idea is to impress this group of guys with our food so well, that next year they recommend to other groups to bid on our dinner to raise more money!
My goal is to not worry too much about super high quality, because remember, I'm cooking for a big group of guys (all in their 20's, so their hungry!). I want to do something easy to cook for a big number, but fun and delicious that it's memorable!
Last year I did a pasta bar, they could choose between two types of pasta, meat, sauce, etc. and it was a blast! I'm thinking a bar-like food like that would be fun, but a taco bar is plain and predictable.
Anybody have any ideas or recipes??
I appreciate all your help!
