Consider a local park or contact a local community center and ask about using their space. They may charge a small rental. The park is my favorite, string some paper lanterns, bbq bugers, dogs, drinks, music, even consider making it a costume party (early Halloween!) or choose another theme.

im trying to figure out something easy to do with lots of room for about 30-35 invited people. idk how many are actually going. But, I cant have a bonfire because its way too hot, help?!?!
