If your in good condition and physically and mentally prepared the answer is yes.
Just because your 20 doesnt mean you still cant learn new things, as we learn all the time.
You can do anything as long as you set your mind to it.
Your never to old to do anything, if your 65 and wanted to go sky diving there is nothing stopping you unless you have some severe case in which puts your dreams to a hault.
If you're prepared to put in the effort then go ahead, and good luck. Maybe we can see you in the olympics
Of course but when you are older its much harder to gain the flexibility and muscles that people who start from a young age have. Along with that is the fear, when kids are little they aren't afraid of falling as much as an adult who is new to the sport would be, if you're very dedicated and found someone to help you out, I'm sure you learn some basic skills! Good luck:)
I was thinking about this while watching the olympics the other day, I think it's possible and yoga would be a great way to get started.
Yes if you work out alot, stretch every morning and eat healthy (I think so) just keep your mind too it and you'll be good
I think that it's possible. If you are physically fit.... However, be carefully because it's easy to hurt yourself.
gymnastics.. not enough to compete but can they teach themselves really well or is it just a sport for the young?
