Well... that all depends on what you both enjoy to do together.
As a 16 year old I was urged to go to clubs and 'party' but I didn't really like it, so did not enjoy it. The experiences are still memorable though.
We all went to Ann Summers and bought fetish outfits and walked around our local city. That was memorable.
Bike rides, sleep overs, house parties, festivals

Most things that happen revolved around the opposite sex. Friend time was spent talking about the opposite sex mainly. Youth is wasted on the young, true, so true.
Dress up as the characters on Care Bears and just practice doing the Care Bears stare.

So me and my best friend have just finished our year 11 exams and, quite frankly, we want a summer to remember. We want to unwind after a stressful year at school!!
