If that's your fighting weight, then yes you can fight at 160. If not then I think you should just settle at the welters.
It is normal for fighters to drop a few pounds to get into the next lower weight class, and you could do that without much difficulty if you watched your diet, the week or two before a fight.

Move down to 147 since you're 10% bodyfat
10% body fat u could get down to 154 with a proper diet and conditioning.

body fat of about 10%
I'm more wide i guess(Very wide shoulders, i have to spread my legs wide to stand shoulder width apart)
Should i fight at 160? i see alot of guys at 5'11 or even taller fighting at 160.
