Boxing: What is the next move for Broner?

A) Get with Mayweather Sr.

B) Immediate rematch Maidana

C) Campaign at 140

D) Other

Back to the gym and work on a few flaws Stamina, Double Jabs, and some Combos and better foot movement (use the ring) better defense of guarding head with elbow if ever in corner. I feel Broner has reasonable power if he throws some punches in bunches. Don't rematch Marcos just yet go back down and fight quality opponents. Train with Roger also if his current trainer has no problem with it.

C) Campaign at 140 because he too small for 147.

I think Adrien Broner ,being a flat footed fighter ,would perform better against someone like Tim Bradley or Devon Alexander @147 ,simply because Bradley and Alexander are not vicious punchers like Maidana is ,you never want to stand right in fron of a bruiser like Maidana and trade ,especially moving up 2 weight divisions ,he would have more success with a drop in weight class.

The answer is C

Clearly major flaws in Broner's game were exposed, he got away with it most of his career cause he mostly fought smaller flat footed fighters. I honestly think all the champs at 147 beat him or its a 50/50 fight at best cause he can not continue fighting with those major flaws against the elite.

Good news for Broner is he does have boxing skills. I think he should do some serious polishing of skills and forget about a title fight in 2014. Instead focus on implementing the fundementals to his game like controlling distance with his jab and not always having the same gameplan also he must turn up his volume cause it almost cost him against Ponce and Paulie

D) he should go do an album.

If he went to 140 he would get murdered, all the top fighters @147 Beat Broner and There's no way in hell Broner is making 135 ever again.

i think he should move down to 140 or back to 135.he was mad moving up in the firstplace.i mean fair enough there was more money at WW but that would of all come in time.he rushed it and went to a weight that he wasn't at his best in.what he should have done is tried to secure his legacy at LW and then move up when he was comfortable in doing so.atleast then if things went wrong after he moved up he could still look and know he acheived his full potential.his team should of really have looked out for him more.

i think that mayweather sr comes off as a slacker.he might have all the abillity as a trainer but he seems too much up his own *** to dedicate himself to a fighter.i would choose roger over the 2 if it were me.maybe he would do better with one of those guys but i must say that stafford seems like a good trainer.

i don't think he should rematch maidana.i think maidana would win again

He needs to stand in front of a mirror and have a good hard look at himself.

He is Adrien Broner, not Floyd Mayweather. It's time he realised that. He has the ability and talent to be a pretty good boxer, but he just has to apply himself properly and quit being a damn fool.

D) knowing his personality... He'll cry a bit, rawdawg some filthy strippers and get "crunk".but i dont think he'll ever be the same

The hype surrounding him is gone forever, and thank heavens. I never understood why people thought he was so special.

He certainly won't be the top dog @140..Garcia and Mathysse would send him to the morgue....anyways,he's a natural welter..and just as we saw he has no power..I don't think he has power to beat any good fighter at welter..maybe khan..but then Khan is 2x the boxer broner is.

If he's smart he'll get with Mayweather Sr go back down to 135 or 140. Sadley his ego is so big he feels he doesn't need help and press for an immediate rematch.

Enough with his wannabe a Mayweather. He no longer has a 0-loss record to protect so just keep fighting and winning this time. No cherry-picking opponents. Take chances and prove himself against worthy challengers. That's a measurement of greatness.

Definately rematch Madonna, i think he could win in a boxing style rematch.

A) Get with Mayweather Sr.

B) Immediate rematch Maidana

C) Campaign at 140

D) Other

save his money and retire...doing party every night and he will end up broke...

But to answer your question...

C is my answer...broner cant beat maidana...

C

Broner is not very powerful at 147lbs. If he drops in weight, and teaches himself to throw more punches, he can be a champion again
