Lamont Peterson has joined the Amir Khan club... He is still a name, but not a force to be reckoned with any longer....
There are still fights out there for him.... He just needs to drop the bar a little.
It's not so much that Peterson is a bad fighter... It's more of a case that Matthysse is an exceptional fighter.
Peterson can fight the likes of Judah, Morales, Alexander to increase his stock... I don't think it's wise to mix it with the likes of Garcia, Matthysse. Khan, Mayweather, and Cotto just yet..
He has only lost two fights one for one to Bradley and Matthysse nothing to be ashamed about there . Peterson is still the champion he has a lot of options. One bad lose and everyone is getting off the ship. I think a fight against Garcia would be great then Alexander.
If Garcia and Matthysse fight i really think golden boy would put Peterson vs Judah I mean they both lose to each of their guys respectively
there is apparently a strong rumour that they are looking to match him with Zab Judah , more than likely wont be Amir Khan as they are trying to line up a Lucas Matthysse vs Danny Garcia match for September , and Golden Boy wont to match Amir Khan with the winner of that match,
He should think about retiring and finding another way out.
