This is a kid who beat Judah, Morales, Khan and Matthysse. I don't think it's fair to call his boxing style trash. I will admit he is a bit wide, but his boxing acumen allows him to beat these top fighters. Consider how poised he is, even in the face of adversity like the early rounds against Matthysse, or when he was being taunted by Morales, or even by Zab's quick southpaw style. Garcia is the real thing and is an A-class fighter. That he may not be the best around remains to be seen, but he is a solid fighter.

A solid B+ fighter. He has passed all the test he was supposed to fail and is the dominant force at 140. Matthysse is definitely number 2 and all other challengers lag behind. He has been tested by very good fighters but lets see how he fares up against the elite like Mayweather, Pacquiao, Bradley, Marquez and Broner wouldn't be a bad match up for him. I expect him to lose all bouts. There's no argument for him beating Mayweather and Pacquiao. We will see how. Marquez and Bradley are after their fight. And Broner is beatable if you at least have the speed to catch him. Danny isn't a fast fighter unfortunately

Danny is a seriously elite fighter. He is passing every test put in front of him that he is suppose to fail. Knocked out Khan. Beat up Matthysse. He does everything well and has shown the ability to make adjustments and the toughness to survive anything 140 has to offer. Grade A champion in his prime.

Rios, Alvarado, or Provodnikov..if he fights one of them..and comes out victorious then he truly becomes a top fighter

His fighting style is straight trash but he does what he needs to do to win his fights. I think the kid has a chin and a lot of power. His last fight he put on a great performance and it was a convincing win. But who should he fight next?
