I think Quillin would win. Macklin is past his best now and I think Quillin would out box him. Quillin has a decent chin, above average power and is pretty quick. He will go toe to toe when he has to but can also box at range. Macklin is a warrior, who will give every fight his all. He has been in some tough fights throughout his career and I see his career starting to wind down now.
I'd go with Macklin because Quillin is annoying and turned down 1.4 Miliion

Macklin is more of a brawler & Quillin is a boxer. Macklin is a better fighter than Quillin is a boxer so Macklin should win easy. Quillin's talent level isn't so high.
Quillin would score at least a couple of knockdowns in winning by TKO by the middle rounds
