Bored of food?

It takes about 20 minutes for food to reach your stomach after you've swallowed it, which means that your brain can carry on thinking you're hungry for a while after you start eating. So try eating a small meal, waiting 20 minutes, then eat some more if you still feel hungry.Maybe divide up your big meals into smaller portions and eat them more regularly throughout the day- say every 3 hours or so.

Make sure you're eating enough calories for your size and how physically active you are- this varies so get some advice.

Think about whether you're getting enough varied nutrition, as it's possible that your body wants more because you're short on certain vitamins and minerals in your diet.

Try eating new dishes you haven't tried before, using more herbs and spices and more exciting recipes- maybe your food is just boring!

I don't know how anyone can ever get bored of food. It's so exciting. You can multitask while eating by playing on your phone, reading a book, watching tv, etc.

try grass.

So as of late (a couple of weeks) I'll get bored while I'm eating food. Like, I'll start eating it, but halfway through I get bored of the taste and still be hungry; so I eat other foods but I never get full and always get bored of it. Please help.
