At body shop parties the host will usually talk about some of the new products that are coming out. Most hosts will usually get the guests to play a game to 'break the ice'. Also, you will get to sample the products, ones I have been to all the guests got to use the foot care line. You can ask any questions or advice from the host, they can match the color of makeup suitable to you. You should bring money just in case it is pay on the night.

being only 17, i have never attended something like this before and do not know what to expect.
