If you have one drink and the cops take a breath test your under arrest no way should there be booze there you and your buddy can get into trouble everyone at the party can if they are drinking my point is there should not be booze at a party thown by miners you can get into big trouble

Yes, you might get into trouble because public drinking is prohibited. But they will probably just warn you first.

my friend & i are throwing a birthday party at the beach. the beach we are going to is pretty secluded, however some residents live around there probably like half a mile away. my question is if the people we invite bring booze and the cops show up will my friend and i get in trouble? I'm 17 and he's 20
