At my daughters first birthday I tried to organize some of the more traditional games and the kids weren't having it. Then I brought out water balloons I'd prepared and they went CRAZY! I don't know if that's an option for you but every single kid absolutely loved them. They were a hit. I also had a little display with her first shirt from the hospital and the outfit she went home in as well as a framed photo of her. We purchased a stuffed signable bear that everyone could sign to wish her happy birthday which I thought would be a nice keepsake for her. There are tons of fun ideas but as long as she's happy that's what matters :-)

If you're having the party at home, then a bounce house is a terrific idea. The birthday girl might be too young to get the most out of the bounce house, but I'm sure she'll still have a good time bouncing or rolling around with her parents and the other little kids. I rented a bounce house too for my son's fifth birthday and everyone had a blast. We sent out these birthday invites with a bounce house on it:

u can have some hunting games, well my sister's daughter was in easter, so she putted many eggs and let the children to hunt, just make your own, kids can get excite and happy easily.
