granola
raisins...or....cranraisins
veggies...celery/carrot sticks
bananas...cut in half or banana chips
cheese cubes...cheese sticks
crackers...like a whole wheat thin low salt
yogurt in small containers
cookies from the health food store...all nature and low or no sugar
i think variety is key and not worring about pickey eaters....although allergies are a factor so it leaves out peanut butter...which is too bad..
