Floyd would beat him easy. One has an amazing chin along with his excellent boxing skills. Khan is a decent boxer with flaws and horrible footwork. He is also missing a solid chin which means he can't take a punch all that well. Floyd has way better timing so he will easily adjust to the speed with no problem. With all these factors I see Floyd winning.
Speaking of offensive prowess, I think Khan is comparable with Floyd. I like how he mixes his head-hunting with some body snatching. But in term of defense, Floyd leaves Amir far behind.
If they fight, I think Floyd beats Khan more because of his better defense.
