Yes. Its about 8 hours of sleep. Also you need to be sure you are eating right, and enough food to fuel your body, if you feel drowsy throughout the day and tried start incorporating after school naps.
If you wake without an alarm that is enough sleep.

After school i go to boxing training at 6 and it ends at 8. i get home around 8:20 i eat and go to bed, i try to lay down around 9:20. And i wake up at 5 am everyday to run. is that enough rest?
