i think you should have some alcohol at your party but i think let your guest get up serve themselves, they will feel more comfortable...

how should i have the alcohol like layed out at my party... on the counter? should i serve my guests or should they get up and serve themselves? also when should everyone pretty much be drinking, like 1/2 n hr into it or something? (high school house party, only 15-20 ppl)
