My boyfriends 21st is coming up. I want to surprise him with either a Jell-O shot cake or beer bottles cake. But I'm afraid the shots will melt before he comes home or the beer will warm. (I never done this before as I will turn 21 a week before his birthday) does it matter of the beer gets warm? If I do the shots? Will I have to leave it in the fridge? He comes home at 5 I leave at 2 but I want it to be on the table as soon as he comes home. But that would be 3 hours later unless I call off work. I would do it before he wakes but he noticed as soon as I get out of bed. Although I do walk the dogs everyday so he wouldn't be too much unusual. But than I'll wake at 12-2am to prepare his "cake" any advice. I would love it if I could before he comes home from work. Thanks.
