Ok so I was thinking about doing this for mine but I'll share the idea with you. So get plain white shirts and use puff paint and paint on the shirt _________'s 17th Birthday party. Then get some water balloons and fill them with permanent paint. (Girls may have to wear swimming suit bottoms so shorts don't get stained) and take turns throwing balloons at each other. Then have them hang the shirts up out side and watch a movie. Then the girls will have a "party favor" and good memories!

I don't know how many people you're planning on, but if it's 10 or less, you could all have pedicures or something. Good luck and happy birthday!
