2. I know this might sound stupid, but no alcohol or "spin the bottle" AND DEFINITELY NO TRUTH OR DARE (oh my God I sound like a mom...)
3. Pillow fights are fun because, well, they're fights. Also try out water balloon fights - outside by the pool of course (unless your backyard is kinda small).
4. Watch a movie - comedy, action, scary (just one that doesn't involve people sleeping over ._.' )
5. Roast marshmallows and make smores over the barbeque fire at night (smores are ******* awesome, and if you can't, get a plate and the smore ingredients, put the chocolate on the cracker and the marshmallow on the chocolate - don't put the final cracker on top, microwave it until the marshmallow puffs up almost over the whole cracker and take it out, and smush the cracker over the marshmallow >.<)
6. Talk about stuff (excited for summer, school ending, classes you're taking next year..jobs..Try not to talk about boys, but hey - it's your party)
7. Dance (with music through speakers, but make someone go outside to see if the music "leaks through" the walls and your neighbor doesn't get pissed at you [my neighbor has parties from 11-3am and the music is frickn' loud....I don't know why anyone has called the police yet...].
8. If you have a pet play with them a little too.
And that's all I can come up with for a non-girly girl sleepover barbecue party.
And the most important thing is to have fun.
Well I just went to a sweet sixteen the other night and to be honest all the dancing was the most fun part. Just let it be a more laid back party. If people want to swim let them swim, if people want to dance let them dance. Just be chill about it and it should be fine. Have fun and happy birthday!
I had the same exact problem lol. Well we bought tiny squirt guns and had them just kind "laying around convienently" not like we handed them out or anything. That's just one idea. Everyone had fun with them but they also used them to squirt beverages. Like red bull and stuff. So be careful haha. Hope you have fun!
well for my 16th bday I'm having a BBQ/sleepover with about 20 friends in my backyard. We are going to have the pool set up, and music. We have no idea what were doing, i need help! I dont want a boring party or a little kiddy party. No girly stuff either, i have never been a girly girl and i dont really want to start :) I need fun activities that dont look like there completely planned (if you know what i mean). i dont have a huge backyard so i cant get too carried away.
