Golf is a great individual sport you could pick up that definitely helps your upper body, especially if you're carrying your clubs.
Windsurfing! That a great sport and it build up your upper body!

You get the adrenaline kick and you dont get bored.
Some sports that you could try and that will help to build the upper body are: cricket, badminton, boxing, hockey, fencing, golf, handball, rugby, karate, swimming and volleyball :)
What about something in the martial arts or boxing? Or something in the field events for track and field - shot put or discus?
Ok i play tennis and squash and do some archery, but i'd like to start something new for a change. I want it to strengthen and build up my upper body if possible. I don't like playing football nor basketball, and generally i'm not a fan of team sports, and gym and training at home didn't do me any good as much as it bored me. I'm thin, some even say too thin, but very sporty, especially when it comes to cardio i'm really tough. I'm a boy btw. Any ideas?
