One of my favorites is "I nominate...." It's when somone tell you something to do, dare, and you MUST do it, once you complete the task, you say " I nominate (friends name) to do (an equally or greater scary, funny I.e task) the cycle continues until the person can't think of anything, and when that happens the group collectively thinks of something for that one person to do and they must do it.

Sorry it was only one, but it's really fun.
