I had this one party when I was 13 it was a pamper party at a local salon. Cannot remember a price but if your not that sort of person invite a few mates over, order a takeaway, rent a few films, buy popcorn, sweets, chocolate, WKD (or energy drinks :D) and there you go a cheap and fun thing to do!!
Im assuming your a girl? Invite a few girls to your house for dinner and a slumber party. Have them eat bring their own sleeping bag. Make your own pizzas for dinners. Then have a desert bar set up for after. You can have a sundae bar with diff ice creams and toppings, One with cake and cupcakes or one with candies in your favorite colors. Then go to your room and play truth or dare, watch chick flicks or movies with cute boys, have a spa night and take turns doing each others hair, nails and make up if your allowed. Stay up late talking about boys and then wake up the next to a big breakfast send the girls home with some cute giftbags with small items mini nail polish sets, twilight dvd or whatever you girls like.
What about renting a venue for a party?
Could hire a boat or have a house party
