You could go play mini golf then go out to have a bite to eat. Just chill at your house, have fun baking a full on chocolate and lolly cake to ave for dessert or a midnight snack, then go listen to music.
You could do anything you want its your birthday!
Why don't u go bowling or to the movies then somewhere like apple bees or TGI Fridays where they can sing u happy birthday. Then have a sleep over at your house where u can bake cookies or make something fun and watch anime all night and just hang out ?
Princess party theme could be good for ur remembrance dear even if u r not girly at all.

I just turned 13 and want to throw a small party! I will have four friends (girls) there, but I don't know where we should go or what we would do. I looked to see if any good movies are playing, but there aren't any. I also thought of going out to eat, but I'm not sure where. I need help with ideas. It dosent have to be big, I just want to have a good time with my friends on a lower budget.
